Each year from September 15 to October 15, Americans celebrate the history, culture and contribution of the Hispanic community whose ancestors came from Mexico, Spain, the Caribbean and Central and South American. This tradition began in 1968 under President Johnson’s presidency and expanded to a 30-day observation under Reagan’s era in 1988. Here are some of the top ways to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month in Orange County.
